Janet ➡️ I embody the journey to my soul, which resides deep within this physical body. I embody the process of peeling back the layers, to get to the soul…to keep it wide open so I can live in truth and authenticity. I embody the journey of this life, learning when to pause, when to look a bit deeper, knowing joy, compassion, kindness and then sharing these things. I embody what the earth brings to me when I’m with the ocean, or in the silence of the mountains where I can almost hear them speak to me. I embody all that brings me closer to learning my soul’s purpose for being here, in this lifetime. Terry ➡️ I embody nature. It transforms me into peace, joy and adventure. I find it in the woods, at the beach, in the silence of sitting, simply listening and observing all that I feel. I embrace the journey of patience and practice, and have let meditation serve as my biggest teacher. For over 40 years, I’ve embodied movement: running, cycling and swimming, immersing myself in nature. Ten years ago, I deepened my practice of self-study through yoga and meditation, which has illuminated my life’s purpose, to guide others to discover their unique journey to embodiment and joy. I embody discipline, and prioritize what ignites my soul, serves my body and enriches my mind. Helping others to find ways to connect to their divine self and spark bliss is my path and I am honored to share it with you. Together we are Embodied Soul Retreats. What do you embody? This is how we roll! Tonight was my thank you class to my Total Body community and my Team Yoga community! Janet Toussaint and myself held space for this amazing group of women and when it was raining outside quickly transformed my great room into yoga space for 15 women who are evolving and are so curious about this beautiful practice! We experienced acupressure with oils, yoga, emotional intelligence, crystal sound bowl healing, delicious food and drinks.... it was a such a collaboration of peace, joy and curiosity 💕 more to come with workshops this Fall! #embodiedsoul #namaste #empoweredwomen #empoweringallbeings #getcurious #getconnected #mindbodybreath
